As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following, which are focused on your technical expertise, ability to lead a collaborative team dedicated to excellent client service, and business development: Responsibilities: Provide detailed review and analysis of complex tax returns - approximately up to 35% of your time Work on multiple complex issues while communicating in a non-technical manner to facilitate communication between the client and the service team while managing the risk for both the client and the firm Serve as a Career Advisor, mentor, or coach to one or more employees, which will include providing honest and timely performance feedback - approximately 10- 20% of your time Train and develop staff members - approximately 10-20% of your time Serve as the Tax client service coordinator for appropriate...
