ManpowerGroup Systems Engineer in Madison, Wisconsin

Our client, a leading Building Solutions company, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting building automation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $45-49/hr (W2 Contract)

What’s the job?

  • Design and configure complex building control systems to meet project requirements.

  • Develop and test software programs to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Coordinate and create necessary documentation for project submittals and installations.

  • Select, order, and track equipment and materials for assigned projects.

  • Assist with system commissioning, troubleshooting, and training.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry.

  • Strong understanding of control theory, building automation systems, and industry protocols (e.g., LON, BACnet).

  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in drafting tools.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
