Job Summary:
Frank Productions, LLC is looking for a Suite Host to join our team part-time in Madison, WI. This position is at The Sylvee with a starting rate of $20/hr. We are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and encourage talent from all backgrounds to apply.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
Provide first-class customer service to suite and JD Club ticket holders during all concerts and ticketed events at assigned venue
Prepare the suites and JD Club before each concert/ticketed event before doors open by stocking fridges and straightening up each room
Greet all guests and introduce yourself to ensure a pleasant experience for all patrons
Assist suite ticket holders with any needs and address any questions or concerns that arise
Ensure only authorized suite ticket holders are on the third floor/suite level
Ensure only authorized JD Club ticket holders are in the JD Club
Assist suite guests with placing food delivery orders onsite and communicate any issues that arise with catering or onsite delivery orders through our preferred caterer
Restock food items as needed in JD Club
Represent Frank Productions with professionalism and a polished appearance
Clean and tidy up suites and JD Club after concerts by discarding food and trash
Communicate with venue security staff as needed
All other duties as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Applicable customer service skills working with a diverse set of customers
Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
Ability to learn and work within systems such as MS Office, ticketing software, and other company software
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group communications, and instant messaging
Ability to handle difficult situations and sensitive information with care and professionalism
Professional and friendly demeanor

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Performs duties while standing and walking, including ascending and descending stairs
Utilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment
Lifts up to 50 pounds
Crouches, kneels, bends, and reaches frequently
Regularly exposed to large crowds and high volumes of noise
Regularly exposed to lighting changes including low lit areas, strobe lights, and moving lights
Occasionally works in outdoor conditions
Requires extended work hours
