This role will define the enterprise architecture strategy, lead technology transformation, and ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned infrastructure to support our mission of improving health and well-being in our communities. Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Develop and execute a unified enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business goals, regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITECH), and emerging tech trends. Cloud-First Modernization: Drive transformation with platforms like Salesforce, Epic Systems, Azure Cloud, and Snowflake. Data-Driven Strategy: Oversee data architecture to enable real-time insights, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Design scalable, secure technology platforms that meet organizational objectives and regulatory compliance. Team & Vendor Leadership: Mentor a high-performing architecture team and manage key vendor relationships. Qualifications Experience: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent, relevant experience 12+ years in enterprise IT architecture, including 5+ years in leadership roles Expertise in the following IT platforms and tools within the healthcare field: Salesforce, Epic Systems, Azure Cloud and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM) Proven success leading cloud adoption, legacy modernization, API-driven integration, and data architecture initiatives Experience managing large-scale, multi-year enterprise architecture initiatives with cross-functional teams Certifications: TOGAF 9 Certified (Foundations and Practitioner) and Cloud Architecture Certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Skills: Deep understanding of healthcare IT regulations and privacy (HIPAA, HITECH). Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), DevOps, and Agile methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
