How do I know this opportunity is right for me? If you: Enjoy coaching teams: Guide and coach the Scrum team and leadership on how to use Scrum practices and values. Provide framework for addressing unplanned work and outside distractions. Facilitate Scrum Events such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective as needed. Identify important issues and risks and recommend options for continuous improvement of Scrum practices. Look ahead to identify and facilitate the resolution of dependencies and large work efforts by bringing together the Scrum team, business unit owners and leadership. Coach the Product Owner on tracking these pieces in the Product Backlog and communicating progress and plans to stakeholders.
