JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN Supervisor Ambulatory - Cross Specialty - 36310 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 100% FTE, generally Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at the Administrative Office Building located at 7974 UW Health Ct in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse(RN) to: * Lead a team of RN Case Managers and RN Care Coordinators. * Establish quality improvement efforts to support the delivery of patient and family focused care. * Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines. * Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, procedures and regulations.
