JOB REQUIREMENTS: RN - Ambulatory-Wingra Family Med Clinic - 36175 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 80% FTE, 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. One consistent day off during the week. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the Wingra Family Medicine Clinic located in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: * Provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment. * Promote healthy lifestyles, prevention, and wellness measures, as well as, provide chronic condition management and education. * Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways, such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care. * Be an active member of the collaborative, interprofessional team.
