JOB REQUIREMENTS: Regulatory & Quality System Specialist Transplant - 35284 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM. We are seeking a Regulatory & Quality System Specialist to: * Be responsible for the regulatory monitoring, process improvement, and quality assessment at UW Health Transplant Center to ensure readiness for and support regulatory surveys. * Ensure that appropriate and effective qua l ity systems are implemented throughout the organizatio n and monitor quality i mprovement ini tia tives to im prove operational effectiveness, safety and efficiencies while meeting regulatory requirements. * W ork with UW Health Transplant Center leadership to identify and support performance improvement initiatives and ideas. * Ensure accountability for quality improvement projects including documentation of performance improvement initiatives such as A3 posters or thorough analyses and sustainability plans. * Create, audit, and maintain alignment of internal policies and guidelines with regulatory bodies.
