ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Madison, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting critical new product introduction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Oversee critical new product introduction projects (NPIs) and own project program and steering committee meetings.
Leverage project management best practices to lead projects successfully through the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing Phases.
Develop, oversee, and maintain project plans to drive the completion of key deliverables and meet high-level milestones.
Coordinate meetings between applicable departments to facilitate collaboration on project decisions and execution of project deliverables.
Provide regular project updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a technically relevant discipline or commensurate work experience.
3+ years of relevant management or project management experience with a proven track record of successfully driving projects to completion.
Experience in the life science tools and therapeutics space is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem-solving and resolution skills.
Previous experience in directly utilizing project management software (i.e., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
