JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a Project Manager that will provide overall leadership direction to a project; including the management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the overall financial health of projects, including subcontracts and suppliers Develop and maintain project financial projections and equipment projections Determine and allocate project estimate into financial system Create monthly owner billings Maintain budget for and make selections of trade partners and suppliers Handle billings and contract management, including contract buyouts Lead Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s) Provide job assignments and facilitate career development Approve time cards for on-site team members Provide ongoing feedback of work performance Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative Assist with the review of the owner agreement Resolve site concerns for the owner or representative QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience Minimum six years of construction management or related experience Current driver\'s license Proven ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for complex projects Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans and their intended use A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage Dental plan 401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves Employer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance No-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources Tuition reimbursement Adoption Assistance Gym Membership Discount Program The base compensation range for this role is the base pay range for this job is \$110,700 - \$166,100.
