NEXT Electric, LLC Project Coordinator in Madison, Wisconsin

NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time construction Project Coordinator in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Summary

  • Supports Construction Services Manager and Project Managers

  • Sets-up projects in ERP System

  • Enters project plans and change order budgeting

  • Monitors schedule with project team

  • Prepares, coordinates and maintains RFI, CO and Submittal Logs

  • Prepares, reviews, and/or edits correspondence, reports, proposals, project submittals and closeout documents

  • Prepares and submits permit applications, inspection reports and requests for change orders

  • Performs additional duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years' recent administrative support experience; commercial electrical or construction project coordinator experience preferred

  • Proficient PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents

  • Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
