Hours are mainly during normal business hours but will require presence at times during off shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Preferred - Master\'s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Work Experience : Minimum - Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Preferred - Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin.
