JOB REQUIREMENTS: Medical Lab Technician - Generalist - 36349 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a part-time, FTE .50 position. 815 a.m. to 445 p.m. first week of pay period, every Thursday and Friday. The second week will work Wednesday 815am-415pm, Thursday 900am-530pm and Friday 745am-415pm. On-call weekend rotation. Pay : * External hires may be eligible for up to a \$1,500 sign on bonus. We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Generalist to: * Perform moderately complex diagnostic tests and limited high complexity testing. * Perform preventative maintenance on select lab equipment or instruments. * Perform troubleshooting on select laboratory equipment or instruments as a scientist. * Promote culture of safety for patients through proper identification, proper reporting, documentation and prevention of medical errors in a non-punitive environment.
