Position Overview The Manager, Regional Security, is a key member of the Global Security leadership team, responsible for the creation and implementation of security strategies related to threat mitigation and risk management of all facilities, events, and business travel within their area of responsibility that supports the Global Security department. This manager uses their diverse skill set and knowledge of physical security, emergency management, intelligence gathering and investigation support, crisis/incident management, training and exercising, and Exact Sciences\' business to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all workers. This impactful role is directly accountable for developing and maturing the regional security program, its processes, policies and procedures as well as overseeing Exact Sciences proprietary and contracted guard force. There are two open positions: one based out of our Madison, WI office and the other at either our Phoenix, AZ, or San Diego, CA office Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead the strategic planning process for development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the regional security program. Plan, coordinate, and execute threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments of all Exact Sciences facilities within area of responsibility in partnership with the Global Security Systems team. Work cross-functionally with other internal departments; including, but not limited to, business continuity, facilities, workplace services, and environmental health and safety (EHS) to evaluate processes and inputs into the security environment; is the ultimate approver for all input requests. Act with authority and decisiveness during critical incidents impacting the company, its employees, or assets, and work collaboratively with the other stakeholders in enterprise crisis management and recovery efforts.
