JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Operates technical equipment, answers 911 calls, and coordinates police response in a 24-hour communication center to ensure safety and security on all institutional properties. Assists in maintaining and updating departmental records; and serves as the primary point of contact for citizens experiencing a wide range of issues from non-emergency to emergencies and assists them to the needed resources or information both inside and outside the institution.
