JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Internists with the Division of General Internal Medicine (GIM) provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in a progressive outpatient setting. They are also provided the opportunity to grow the next generation of physicians through hands-on instruction of residents, fellows, and medical students. GIM prides itself on a team-based care model in which physicians and Advance Practice Providers (NP/PA) work together to provide empathetic and collaborative primary care. Successful candidates will demonstrate not only their comprehensive clinical knowledge, but their ability to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
