Position Title: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR - Camp Randall Stadium

Pay Range: $20 to $24

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for assisting the Human Resources department with recruitment, training, and policy compliance. Part-time role with an anticipated start date of 3/3/25.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure scheduling accuracy

• Monitor job postings

• Coordinate interviews with candidates

• Maintain accurate employee files

• Participates actively in Human Resources projects and goals

• Assist with annual trainings for volunteer groups & team members

• Participate in the full cycle of recruitment & hiring

• Assists volunteers, team members and temporary workers in finding their locations on event days

• Ensure team members and volunteers are compliant with all policies

• Ensures meal break compliance during sporting events

• Assist with check in process for sporting events

• Organize necessary materials prior to events

• Assist with collection of materials at the end of events

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Human resources or staffing experience is preferred

• High level of computer literacy

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts

• Able to communicate effectively with management team, guests and team members by speaking and comprehending English

• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment
