JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Compliance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our commitment to compliance and equality. This is a full-time position and will report to the CHRO. Limited travel may be necessary. Responsibilities include: Coordinating HR regulatory compliance Auditing and monitoring compliance efforts Training HR staff, management, and employees on compliance Assisting with developing, implementing, and updating company policies and procedures Coordinating or leading internal investigations and resulting documentation The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling four years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business, law or related degree; Associate degree in human resources, business, law or related degree plus two (2) years of compliance experience; no degree plus four (4) years of relevant compliance experience. The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Knowledge of/experience with various laws/regulations related to human resources including affirmative action, ADAAA, Title VII, Title VI, EEOC guidelines, and other relevant employment laws and regulations Experience researching and interpreting legal documents, relevant HR court cases, regulations, etc. Experience drafting and proposing HR related compliance policies and procedures Experience gathering data and preparing affirmative action plans, EEO reports, etc. Experience staying current on changing federal, state, and local regulations SPHR/PHR and/or SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP certification(s) desirable If you\'re ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
