Additionally, this position will proactively support and uphold human resources policies, programs and services including: retention, diversity and inclusion, talent assessment, legal and compliance issues, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, HRIS administration, employee communications, development, and employee events. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and staff, providing advice, guidance and coaching as needed. Assist leaders from all levels in identifying, documenting, and communicating results and deficiencies in performance. Partner with leaders from all levels to resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Conduct employee relations investigations as necessary. Talent Management: Administer performance management programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company. Perform onsite and/or virtual training on the performance management system. Support succession planning activities that proactively address gaps with key roles. Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to identify key talent through career framework architecture and future promotional opportunities.
