Job Description:
The Workforce Intelligence Consultant will play a pivotal role in advancing strategic workforce planning capabilities and leveraging workforce data to drive enterprise-wide decisions. This individual will partner with HR Leadership Teams (HRLT), HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), and other key stakeholders to deliver high-impact, consultative insights that align workforce strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical acumen, consulting expertise, and change leadership to influence workforce-related outcomes and tie efforts to measurable ROI.

Job Essentials
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Planning
Develop and implement workforce planning frameworks that align with organizational priorities, enabling proactive responses to talent gaps, market trends, and future needs.
Collaborate with HRLT to create workforce scenarios, talent supply/demand analyses, and actionable recommendations tied to long-term goals.
Internal Consulting and Influence
Act as a trusted consultant to HRLT and business leaders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions.
Foster partnerships across HR, IT, and Finance to align priorities, enhance workforce intelligence capabilities, and drive integrated solutions.
Present complex analytics findings in clear, compelling ways that resonate with diverse audiences.
ROI and Value Creation
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce planning and people analytics outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational ROI goals.
Quantify the impact of workforce intelligence initiatives, demonstrating value creation through cost optimization, improved talent strategies, and business outcomes.
Change Leadership and Capability Building
Lead efforts to simplify and streamline processes, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
Serve as a change agent, championing the adoption of workforce intelligence best practices and driving cultural alignment across the organization.
People Analytics and Data Governance
Drive standardization of workforce metrics, data definitions, and reporting processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of robust data governance frameworks, prioritizing data privacy and quality assurance.
Partner with technical teams to advance the organization’s data infrastructure to support predictive and advanced analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, people analytics, or related fields, preferably in a healthcare or large-scale organization.
Proven ability to consult with senior leaders, deliver insights, and influence outcomes through data-driven storytelling.
Strong expertise in workforce planning tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization.
Experience in change management, process improvement, and building scalable solutions.
Demonstrated ability to tie analytics initiatives to measurable business outcomes and ROI.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and workforce challenges.
Experience with predictive modeling, scenario planning, and advanced analytics techniques.
Familiarity with HR technology platforms and systems, such as Workday or similar.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$59.71 - $93.97
