JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Madison WI - Madison, WI Remote Type Hybrid Position Type Full Time Salary Range \$49,000.00 - \$60,000.00 Hourly Travel Percentage Up to 25% Description Under general supervision, the Event Logistics and Program Coordinator is responsible for providing support through the delivery of services or processing of information to Slipstream\'s Training & Technical Services department and its clients. Under the direction of manager, coordinate logistics for a variety of events including on-site/in-person training, conferences, virtual training, webinars, meetings of varying lengths and formats. Complete venue research. Negotiate costs and services. Secure contract for event space. Arrange catering menu selections. Arrange room setup and AV arrangements. Complete invoice processing, payment tracking, and reporting. Coordinate event support activities ensuring continuous improvement and quality for a variety of events including on-site/in-person training, conferences, virtual training, webinars, meetings and online trainings of varying lengths and formats. Complete and facilitate event communications and information dissemination including announcements, confirmations, distribution list and staffing tracking updates and maintenance, and upcoming event listings and information. Support and facilitate event preparation activities including content and material review and updates, database setups, website postings, registration tracking and monitoring, material preparation. Provide on-site staffing support for events. Coordinate completion of event closeout activities such as student database tracking, evaluation summaries, test item analysis, payment tracking and reporting. Support online training maintenance, implementation, tracking including providing technical support, support posting and linkages of new content, and review of content in Learning Management System. Coordinate processes and support activities to ensure client satisfaction, exceptional service, and program success. Create reports, validate and/or compile data and other materials (i.e. training workshop, etc.) necessary forprogram administration or services rendered. Create and manage data (polls, surveys, etc.) Provide input for process improvements. Implement new and enhanced processes as directed. Review, edit, and format documents and information. Assign work for self and others. Assist with training others on the use of systems, tools, templates, and processes. Actively participate as a member of assigned workgroups.
