JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Department of Radiology, University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking to establish a team of Emergency Medicine Radiologists with a focus on ED imaging to better serve the Emergency Department. This position will read the ED studies during the busiest period in the ED, with possible future expansions of the Section to cover additional hours. The successful applicant will be expected to read a reasonable volume of the total ED studies performed during their shift, with the other subspecialty sections also reporting some studies. The successful applicant will work with the on-call radiology residents, reviewing, teaching, and cosigning their reports as well as separately dictating studies themselves. On-site presence is not required. The Emergency Radiologists will report to the Vice Chair of Operations or Associate Vice Chair of Operations.
