Description Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is currently seeking a Director of Program Services to support primarily Tax Credit Housing. This is a new position intended to support growing program needs in the Housing and Residential Services business unit. Programs in this business unit include but are not limited to: Youth and Adult Residential, HUD Housing, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Development, Property Management, Service Coordination, Homeless Services, Facilities and Asset Management. The position is full-time, benefit eligible primarily with first shift hours, but will require some flexibility to meet the needs of the organization and programs. The Director of Program Services is a generalist, accountable for providing leadership and oversight of day-to-day responsibilities for large, complex, and/or multiple program operations, supporting the mission of Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS). In addition, they have direct responsibility for all relationships and connections to the multiple stakeholders that are important to the programs they support.
