Role Snapshot

Our Data Scientist will lead the creation and delivery of detailed reporting and interactive dashboards across a wide array of operational datasets. Key areas of focus include quality improvement activities, decision support, financial analysis, and other operating goals. In addition, this role will mentor other staff members in use of analytic tools and methods and assist with oversight and validation of output.

Salary Range

$100,000 $140,000The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience

  • 4 or more years of experience of SQL coding using Microsoft SQL Server or other SQL tools such as SSRS.

  • 1 or more year of experience working with Health Insurance or Healthcare Data

  • Strong Power BI Skills

  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Power Pivot and Power Query

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics OR Statistics OR Economics OR Mathematics OR Computer Science

  • Experience with clinical data, medical terminology and medical coding

  • Experience with statistics, predictive analytics, and complex analysis (i.e. R, SAS, Tableau)
