We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing applications and data entry, serving as a point of contact and resource for plan sponsors, providers, and internal customers. Most interactions will be via email, with occasional phone calls or Teams meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Process all enrollments, changes, and terminations for current clients

• Understand and manage 3rd party enrollment files and connect them when making enrollment entries

• Answer phone calls from employees, client contacts, and providers, addressing their questions and concerns timely and accurately

• Create ID cards upon request from members and clients, and audit them for accuracy

• Create Certificates of Creditable Coverage when appropriate

• Manage weekly inventory to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate processing

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access & Excel

• Ability to work independently

• 1+ years of data entry experience 

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
