Hours: 8am - 5pm

This is NOT a remote position - In office everyday!

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Responding to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Resolving issues within department standards and goals.

• Answering customer calls and emails related to orders, product information, and pricing.

• Processing customer orders and complaints promptly and accurately.

• Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve customer issues.

• Creating and maintaining customer accounts.

• Participating in daily department meetings and meeting individual metric standards.

• Recommending products to proactively close phone sales.

• Participating in continuous improvement activities and compliance trainings.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have a minimum of 1-year relevant customer service work experience.

• Have experience providing customer service to international customers.

• Are proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Have effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Have a customer-centered mindset and the ability to deescalate emotions.
