TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Madison, Wisconsin

We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The individual will handle inbound calls regarding benefits and claims status, managing between 50-70 calls per day. This role involves both incoming and outgoing phone calls from providers and members.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer provider phone questions regarding claim status and benefits

  • Assist enrollees with phone questions regarding claim status and benefits

  • Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Education/Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone skills and etiquette

  • Proficient PC skills, including email, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, and 10-key

  • Minimum six months of call center experience required

  • Medical insurance experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
