JOB REQUIREMENTS: Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc. (EOR) has an immediate opening at our Minnesota or Wisconsin office. EOR is an engineering and environmental consulting firm that specializes in: WATER (watersheds + water resources), ECOLOGY (ecosystems + natural resources) and COMMUNITY (civil engineering, landscape architecture + planning). Brief Description: This position will support civil and water resource engineering projects with permitting and design for site development, including green stormwater infrastructure and energy and utility installations, and other innovative projects of varying scale. Work will also include project management (for small to medium-sized projects), budgeting, client management and business development tasks. The ideal candidate is proficient in all aspects of civil design, drafting (Civil 3D), and permitting. Must thrive in a small company environment, which requires a well-rounded skill set, the ability to balance time-sensitive tasks for multiple clients, and the desire to explore new and innovative designs.
