The role is responsible for conducting research, interview and analysis of data in support of business cases and supporting enterprise strategic planning processes. You will analyze complete processes to identify and select opportunities to make major improvements. The position requires knowledge and abilities in information technology, business processes, system and process analysis, problem solving, and business case development. Successful candidates will be expected to work on assigned tasks reporting progress to project leaders, coaches, supervisors and managers. They will follow and improve defined processes and methodologies; they will use and improve tools and techniques and may be expected to help draft or select tools as needed. Successful candidates will submit deliverables for review and acceptance, and they may be expected to review the work of others before work is accepted as complete. They will have demonstrated an ability to work without close supervision and are trusted advisors among team members and stakeholders.
