Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Program Leader
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Program Leader, you will be participating to the cross-functional program teams as the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) representative. Your main responsibility will be with end-of-life programs across the ISC for our Patient Care Solutions (PCS) segment.
You will lead the program planning and execution for the ISC, influence and facilitate activities to the cross-functional team of supply chain experts and secure timely execution of the deliverables across the program timeline.
Transparent communication of the programs across the ISC and visual management of the progress are important aspects of the role.
You will be part of the global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Program Leader team and will be supported locally by an experienced cross-functional supply chain organization.
Responsibilities
Secure the supply chain deliverables for programs: Scope of work and schedule definition, compliance to QMS, ISC metrics performance & readiness
Engage the ISC functions and facilitate execution of the ISC program plan
Drive visual management and communication of the program status across the supply chain
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
Desirable skills
Proficiency in managing projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
Ability to influence peers in a cross-functional team environment
Strong understanding of product design principles and development processes
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and the ability to translate designs into manufacturable products
