JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Operations Assistant, Prehospital Care and Medical Transport - 30176 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100%, day shift. We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to: * Provide leadership support with calendar management, meeting preparation and follow-up, and coordination of activities and schedules for management and department teams. * Assist with creating tools and communications for our Med Flight, Emergency Department and Access Stakeholders. * Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling.
