This is a job for a Plant Manager with a company located in the Madison, MS area.

Responsibilities: Ability to manage safety programs that help ensure the protection of employees and public. Understand and follow established product quality procedures and guidelines to ensure customers are receiving expected quality and purity of products.

Qualifications: Strong commitment to Safety. Strong sense of urgency is required in this dynamic just in time production environment - Bachelor's degree in an engineering preferred. 5+ year's progressive experience in manufacturing management and leadership. Prior background with maintenance a plus - Background in fast-paced 24/7 process manufacturing environment. Effective communicator able to provide positive morale. Mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills. Experience working with evaporating towers and NH3 (ammonia) refrigeration a plus. Military Experience including Navy Nuclear Program a Plus.
