Description We are offering an exciting, long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator in Duluth, Georgia. The successful candidate will join our team in the tech industry, where they will be tasked with resolving server and connectivity issues, providing varying levels of support to our customers, and managing our internal systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve server and connectivity issues to ensure smooth business operations

• Accept, review, and prioritize service requests, ensuring a timely response in line with our service level agreements

• Work closely with the end-user, gathering necessary information to manage incidents effectively

• Provide tier 1 support to customers when not dealing with server issues, escalating to tier 2 or tier 3 when necessary

• Establish remote control sessions with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Document incident resolution details in the detail oriented services automation solution, keeping track of service requests, their statuses, and time stamps

• Confirm with the end-user that the issue has been satisfactorily resolved before closing the service request

• Provide on-site support for customers, handling various devices including desktops, phones, network switches, firewalls, printers, and mobile devices

• Manage server environments, including Windows and Linux, and handle communication devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and hotspots

• Support software such as Office 365, customer's application software, and productivity software, as well as mobile device management software. Requirements • Proficient in Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies

• Advanced knowledge in Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Ability to manage Firewall Technologies

• Proficiency in AB Testing

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Experience with Backup Technologies

• Skilled in Cluster Analysis
