The paralegal for this role will be to handle; e-filing with both State and Federal Court, preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, drafting legal documents such as subpoenas for medical records and pleadings...Insurance background is a plus! They are looking for a minimum of 4 years experience. Pay rate is negotiable and ranges from $20/hr thru $28/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

We are looking for a paralegal to work in the Macon GA area location. Experienced paralegal, Litigation, Insurance background a plus, preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions; drafting legal documents such as subpoenas for medical records and pleadings; assisting in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines; e-filing with both State and Federal Courts; summarizing medical and billing records; summarizing depositions; and managing cases from inception to completion. . You do not have to be certified paralegal as long as you have over 5 years as a Legal Assistant.
