Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

  • This role involves ensuring equipment uptime through timely and in-depth troubleshooting and repair of various production and facility equipment

  • Ensure equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair

  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of production equipment including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers

  • Troubleshoot and repair facilities and auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, Reverse Osmosis, and other water filtration equipment

  • Work directly with machine operators, supervisors, and preventive maintenance personnel to resolve mechanical issues

  • Propose solutions to complex and reoccurring problems on production equipment to mechanics and management

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment

  • Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facility

  • Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment in accordance with defined processes

  • Maintain industrial control systems

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00
