rAPPOINTMENT: February 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Football Coach supports the head coach by actively participating in all aspects of the football program, including player development, practice planning, game strategy, recruiting, and team management, focusing on specific positions or areas of expertise to improve overall team performance while upholding player safety and sportsmanship.

SALARY: \$45,000

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor\'s degree;
  • 1-3 years of collegiate football coaching experience;
  • Proven record of player skill development;
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated record of successfully recruiting academically and athletically prepared student-athletes;
  • Possession of a valid driver\'s license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master\'s degree;
  • Experience coaching at the NCAA DI or DII level.

For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
