Seeking candidates with the below qualifications:

• Associate's degree required (Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing preferred), BS degree preferred

• 3+ years of experience - more the better

• Must have experience creating routings and BOM's

• Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing required

• Experience mentoring junior engineers a plus
