What You’ll Get to Do

CACI has an immediate opening for an Executive Admin at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. This role requires an active TS/SCI .

The Executive Admin Specialist will develop, update, administer, and maintain the internally-facing and externally-facing UCENTCOM Publications Information SharePoint Portal, each on NIPRNet and SIPRNet, to enable self-service user access to publications, forms, Command Regulations, Policy Letters, Support Agreements, and other related data. Ensure online resources are adequate for the identification, maintenance, and disposition of publications. Ensure all documents are properly identified and expiration/review dates are clear. Provide requirements and coordinate with knowledge managers and information system managers in the design of electronic information, templates, workflows, and/or publication systems. They will assist in preparing and maintaining the command’s documents, including but not limited to regulations, policies, memorandums, forms, instructions, and other official correspondence.

More About the Role

  • Develop, update, administer, and maintain the internal and external command publications information SharePoint portal (both classified and unclassified)

  • Ensure all documents are properly identified and expiration/review dates clearly labeled.

  • Author, update, and publish publication guidance and procedures in accordance with the command’s publication policies and procedures.

  • Publish government-approved electronic publications and forms on the appropriate command publications portal.

  • Enter all approved publications into the command’s electronic records management system.

  • Perform quality control reviews, edit, and make recommendations for acceptance of command publications.

  • Ensure publications meet all command writing style guide elements, and DoD elements, and the document is error-free.

  • Manage the publications review workflow to ensure publication, review, and approvals occur within government-established timelines in accordance with command publication procedures.

  • Monitor and review the full list of command publications and identify expired publications or require annual review.

  • Oversee the workflow of publication annual review.

  • Proficient with Enterprise Task Management Software Solutions (ETMS2).

  • Draft updated or new publication organizational policies and business processes for government approval.

  • Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures for managing command publications throughout their lifecycle.

  • Provide requirements and coordinate with knowledge managers and information system managers in the design of electronic information, templates, workflows, and/or publication systems.

  • Draft and submit for approval and publish announcements for new or updated publications in accordance with command procedures.

  • Understand basic concepts (including basic grammar concepts), responsible for writing technical copy for various types of documents.

  • Use multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Coordinate layout and design of documents.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance required.

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or six (6) years of experience in a related field is required.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,100 - $124,100
