Summary

Design and develop executive dashboards, investigate BI software, and automate import of multiple data files. Also create business and functional requirement documents and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key corporate metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Experience with Snowflake infrastructure

• Oversees and conducts the conversion of data into insights leading to informed business decisions.

• Provides assistance, training, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced staff.

• Acts as a technical lead in projects to stand up aggregated data assets for enterprise consumption.

• Develops and distributes complex ad hoc reporting.

• Provides analysis and research for specific projects.

• Maintains data quality with an eye toward dataset validation and curation.

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to effectively provide meaningful and valuable data to assist in executive decision making.

• Continuously exercises discretion and applies critical thinking relative to analysis, planning, and/or implementation of critical business initiatives.

• Leads project teams translating business needs into clearly defined, well-documented, high-quality requirements to support current and future projects.

• Participates in shaping business’ data infrastructure, including data-warehousing, reporting, and analytics platforms.

Minimum Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience

• 6-8 years' experience or equivalent related knowledge
