Facilitator 2 - CTECH Instructor
SALARY:$73,490.62- $77,885.42

DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement, particularly in emerging technologies and digital content development. This role requires a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and integrating innovative approaches into your work.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of cutting-edge courses and hands-on projects. Our offerings include UAV technology classes, advanced composite manufacturing, CAD (CATIA and Fusion 360), Blender, Unreal Engine for VR world building, photogrammetry, and welding tailored for practical applications. You'll also explore CNC machine building, robotics, Arduino-type embedded programming, PCB design, injection molding, CAM, and SMD soldering.
In this role, you'll contribute to the dynamic environment by assisting in developing and teaching these courses, continuously adapting to industry trends and the unique needs of our learners. Your involvement will not only enhance your own expertise but also help shape an innovative educational experience for our students.
This is an exempt position reporting directly to the Director of Technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Director of Technology in planning, organizing, and implementing technical courses and projects.
Provide technical support for students, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace, strictly adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of CAD software (CATIA and Fusion 360) for prototype creation and design development.
Collaborate with the Director of Technology to design and build new projects.
Assist in the development and enhancement of new courses and curricula.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date
