Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Worker

Location: Beachwood, Ohio

Pay Range: $22/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri, 2:30pm - 11:00pm

What’s the Job?

• General maintenance, trash removal, snow removal, de-icing in winter months

• Special event setup and tear down

• General groundskeeping and housekeeping for outdoor mall

• Painting, lighting maintenance, holiday decor

What’s Needed?

• 3 years of property or facilities maintenance

• Mechanical inclination

• Self motivated team player

• Clean driving record with valid driver's license

• Great communication skills
