Description

Robert Half is seeking Customer Experience Specialists for a Seasonal opening in the luxury goods space. This role will require previous experience in a Customer Service and/or Call Center environment and flexible availability to work a variety of shifts (morning, mid-day, & evening) Monday through Sunday. This position will require the ability to work onsite in Lyndhurst, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through inbound calls, emails, and chat instant messenger

• Efficiently process customer orders and ensure their timely execution

• Conduct extensive research on purchase requests and provide timely updates to customers

• Follow up on shipping information and ensure it is communicated to customers accurately

• Assist customers with returns and quality issues, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly

• Utilize the Salesforce Platform to maintain accurate customer records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Leverage your skills in E-commerce sales to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers

• Use your expertise in Call Center Customer Service to provide excellent customer service

• Handle Order Entry tasks efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a call center customer service role

• Previous experience in e-commerce sales or customer service is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Willingness to learn about new products and services as needed

• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
