What\'s involved in this role: We are looking for a Maintenance Worker in Luxemburg, WI. The Maintenance General position is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules/regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair and upkeep. Duties and Responsibilities to include: Troubleshoot equipment for electrical and mechanical systems. Install, update and repair equipment. Repair or replace valves and pumps (seals, steams, O rings, seats, bearings, etc.) as needed. Perform basic electrical wiring (switches, outlets, starter, motor leads, etc.) as needed. Perform basic pipe fitting as directed. Perform sanitary welding as directed. Perform utility inspections (boilers, air systems, WWTP, water systems, ammonia, HVAC, security, etc.), adjusting as needed. Effectively update and install equipment. Efficiently perform regular and preventative maintenance related to the plant, equipment, and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety policies as enforced by OSHA. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment during the packaging/production process as needed. Starting pay \$28.42-\$32.39 based on experience 6pm-6am on a 2-2-3 rotation \$1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 7pm and 7am Double time on Sundays and holidays What you need to join our team: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Maintenance/repair experience or training required. Mechanical and electrical aptitude required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
