Job Summary:

Come to work at a world class ski shop and enjoy the best benefits package in the industry. Join our passionate team and we’ll train you on all aspects of ski and snowboard tuning - no experience required! As a Service Tech, you will provide our guests with equipment services and information for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay: $23.00 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

  • Skill Level: Intermediate, Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists Tune Shop ASM with overseeing tuners, training, and daily workloads

  • Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition

  • Perform both tuning and repair services for guests - we will train you!

  • Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards

  • May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance, or repairs.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekends

  • Commitment to exceptional Customer Service

  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

The expected pay range is $23.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
