Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Lubbock, Texas for a Systems Security Administrator. In this role, you will be expected to understand and improve the organization's technical infrastructure, conduct penetration tests, identify vulnerabilities, and provide remediation recommendations. This role involves collaborating with the security team, staying updated with the latest security trends, and assisting with cybersecurity projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and improve the organization's technical infrastructure through a deep understanding of Windows and Linux operating system internals.

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, network infrastructure, and wireless networks.

• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in client systems and provide recommendations for remediation.

• Collaborate with other members of the security team to improve testing methodologies and toolsets.

• Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.

• Assist with cybersecurity projects as needed.

• Utilize a suite of vulnerability testing tools and techniques to identify exploits that cyber attackers could use against the organization.

• Automate penetration and other security testing on networks, systems, and applications.

• Work cross-functionally with internal partner engineering teams in a disciplined agile environment.

• Compile and track identified vulnerabilities over time to record IT security metrics that the organization can use to plot future progress. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Security Administrator role or similar.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 for various administrative tasks.

• Hands-on experience with Windows Defender for system security management.

• Expertise in Azure for cloud-based services and solutions.

• Demonstrated skills in Endpoint Security for protecting corporate networks when accessed via remote devices. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
