Examines academic records of students to determine eligibility for graduation or for admission to college, university, or graduate school.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Provide customer service related to Transfer Evaluation Office to students, faculty, and staff focusing on accurate course equivalency information and Banner student data for TTU Admissions, Advisors, and the TTU Online community.

  • Manage course inventory for established institutions as well as TTU Online prospective students' institutions.

  • Evaluate transcripts for current and prospective students through input of accurate information into Banner system and SalesForce CRM.

  • Prepare correspondence to academic departments regarding student issues, questions, or equivalencies.

  • Other duties related to projects in the Transfer Evaluation Office as assigned.

  • Active Listening, Oral comprehension, Reading/Writing comprehension, Speech Clarity, Social Perceptiveness, Problem Sensitivity, and Excellent written expression

  • Banner experience, Transcript comprehension, Advanced Knowledge of computer programs - Microsoft Office

  • Two years of experience with student services.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, sociology, psychology, or related field of study. Two years of counseling, admission, evaluation, student services or experience in a related area; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six years.
