Job Summary:

This position serves as an HR Generalist with a wide range of knowledge and experience in human resources, with a primary focus on employee relations at UMC Physicians.

Responsibilities will include developing and administering employee relations programs, administering organizational Affirmative Action/EEO programs, managing corrective action and

performance management processes and programs, processing unemployment claims and appeals, advising, coaching, and training organizational leaders, and assisting with initiatives

to enhance employee engagement and retention. This role will also provide support to other areas of HR as needed, including benefits administration and recruitment."
