Position Description:

Performs routine administrative support or technical program assistance work. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of admissions policies and procedures, enrollment goals, university facts and knowledge, and proficient use of admissions technology.

  • Report directly to, schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Assistant Vice President/Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions.

  • Principal clerical and administrative support for the department, which includes departmental monthly reports for the Admissions Leadership Team.

  • Effectively use Salesforce and TargetX systems for student inquiries.

  • Oversee and process all travel applications and vouchers for the Admissions Leadership Team.

  • Represents the department at meetings as needed.

  • Create and update meeting agendas for the Assistant Vice President/Executive Director of Admissions.

  • Communicate effectively with prospective students and families, staff, and campus community.

  • Maintain office equipment and supplies.

  • Coordinate travel for the Assistant Vice President/Executive Director of Admissions.

  • Supervise student workers as needed.

  • Work with Admissions Leadership Team on special projects and programs.

  • Submit monthly procurement card reconciliations for the department of Undergraduate Admissions

  • Maintain fleet vehicles and process Voyager card requests and receipts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in written and mathematical process and skills and combination of high school or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and supervisory experience preferred.
