We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in the facility. Duties

Provide direct support to clients in their daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation. Assist with medication administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or memory-related conditions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, assisting with light housekeeping tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations within the home or facility setting. Requirements

Previous experience in direct support roles such as home care, group home settings, or retirement homes is preferred. Knowledge of medication administration procedures and vital sign monitoring is highly desirable. Experience in dementia care or memory care environments is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings including nursing homes or community care environments.
