Position Summary:

Within the digital experience team, the Retail Media Manager is a pivotal figure responsible for driving revenue growth through commerce media. Their role encompasses a strategic approach to developing, activating, optimizing, and measuring campaigns across Amazon and other digital retail channels. The Retail Media Manager role is instrumental in maximizing the company's presence and profitability within the rapidly evolving retail media landscape. This position will develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to increase brand visibility, drive product sales, and achieve measurable ROI. It is critical to the success within this position to have robust experience within the Retail Media network, with an emphasis on Amazon.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the retail media practice within the Digital Experience team and provide thought leadership and strategic planning across key accounts utilizing a mix of tactics that drives growth.

  • Analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the Hach Amazon marketplace, leveragingAmazon and eCommerce data to guide all decision making.

  • Build a comprehensive annual marketing calendar that provides visibility to all marketing activities across Amazon

  • Using real time data—analyze & identify insights to deliver incremental and profitable growth for our brands via e-retail search and retailer owned & operated display

  • Steward relationships with key retail media platforms to ensure success of our investments across all tactics, get access to emerging opportunities (ex: new tactics, technology, capabilities) and continue to test & learn to effect business impact.

  • Define standard operating procedureswith cross-functional teams, to understand business objectives and translate these priorities into actionable retail media campaigns that drive demand and conversion

  • Understand and establish relevant KPI metric requirements for performance management and optimization purposes in collaboration with Performance Marketing and eCommerce.

  • Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to proactively apply new knowledge.

Education and Background

  • A BS or MS/MBA in a Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field

  • 5-7 years of experience of retail media network and platform experience either in-house at a brand or through an advertising/media agency.

  • Strong analytical skills with Proficiency in data analysis tools (Amazon Advertising reports, Amazon Brand Analytics) with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Experience with Amazon SaaS.

  • Competency in MarTech stack, CRM, GA 4, and other analytics tools / dashboards.

  • Deep understanding of MarTech and AdTech solutions, with the ability to dive into channel analytics to problem solve, maximize performance, and change direction when warranted.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
